When Radha, then Ursula Astroff, first encountered Doc at the ashram, she was just eleven or twelve years old. She recalled falling instantly in love with him. Radha spent many weekends at Doc’s house back then because Radha’s mother, Diane, was frequently away. As of 2022, she will be 51 years old.
Mother of Radha Hirsch
Diane Ducharme’s is the Mother of Hirsch. She may be seen in the documentary “Tiger King: The Doc Antle Story” on Netflix. She recounts how her daughter, Radha, went away with Doc and what happened to her life as a result. Diane claimed that she was so distressed about attempting to locate her daughter that she lost her job.
Doc Antle was Radha Hirsch’s husband. When Doc Antle was 26 years old and Radha was 15, they got married. Without the approval of Radha’s parents, the two were married. Since Astroff’s mother was frequently gone, she became Doc Antle’s and his then-wife Betsy Rogers’ babysitter and began spending many weekends there.
Radha first had a love relationship with Doc when she was 14 years old. “I was 14 when the first romantic thing happened,” she claimed. Although he said that was one of his specialties, the first time wasn’t quite spectacular. He remarked, “If it’s not alright with you, you know I can make you forget,” after we had been together.
He was 25 and I was 14. I distinctly recall him telling me, “Don’t worry, we’re going to work things out, and we’re going to be together,” while my mother was trying to get me to recognize how wrong the circumstance was.
Radha’s mother whisked Radha out of Virginia and registered her in a catholic school as soon as she learned that the two were having a love relationship. In-depth descriptions of Radha’s commute to and from school were sent to Antle, who eventually showed up, and they fled together.
‘Yes, I ran away in my head, but I didn’t believe it was an actual kidnapping. was only too glad to run off with him in that automobile after jumping in.
He checked me into a motel outside of Washington, DC. I spent at least a month living alone at an Econo Lodge.
Eventually, Radha got in touch with her mother to let her know everything was well. When she told Doc, he allegedly had her hair cropped, disguised her, and she relocated to live in his zoo in Virginia under the new name Chantal Rivera.
They faked Radha’s father’s signature because she was still a minor and couldn’t be permitted to get married without a parent’s permission, and they were married a month later.
You can’t be married at 15 without one of your parents’ permission, so we faked my father’s signature on the marriage license.
Their union was however short-lived since Doc told her that he had been drawn to her since she was 11 years old, which she said frightened her. As a result, she quickly learned how to break away.
Kids of Radha Hirsch
Hirsch has not revealed whether or whether she has children. With her former spouse, Doc Antle, she does not, however, have children.
Rosena Hirsch On the Netflix documentary “Tiger King: The Doc Antle Story,” Tiger King Radha makes an appearance. Bhagavan “Doc” Antle, who manages a private zoo in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, is the subject of the documentary series.
He was a friend of Joe Exotic’s and made an appearance on Tiger King where he was presented as the anti-Exotic; but, by the conclusion of the first season, he had changed to become a character who took advantage of both the ladies and the animals at his zoo.
The spin-off investigates the accounts of the women who came forward to report that Antle had sexually assaulted them as well as his involvement in other crimes unrelated to the mistreatment of the animals in his private zoo.
